2023년 매니저 평가를 보내주신 스태프분들께 감사드립니다.

스태프들이 보내온 평가서를 읽으면서 큰 감동이 들기도 했습니다. CEO가 모르는 부분도 알게 됐습니다.

진정한 매니저의 존재는 희생에서 비롯됨도 알게 되었습니다. 그런 매니저와 직원이 있을때 회사는 강해지고 모두가 행복해 집니다. 무슨 말이 필요할까요?

Thank you to the staff who sent in the manager evaluations for the year 2023.

While reading the evaluation reports by the staff, I was deeply moved.

I also discovered aspects that don’t know before.

I understand that a true manager's existence is derived from sacrifice.

When there are such managers and employees, the company becomes stronger, and all are happy.

What more is there to say?

What kind of manager are you, really? I want to ask you really again again.

I will share a few positive evaluations sent in by the staff. And thank you for your manager and staffs who lead the such a good team. We will take the manager evaluations into consideration for the system changes.

우리 매니저는 책임이 강하다. 우리가 oo을 준비할 때 아주 늦게까지 일해야 했다. 우리 매너저와 동료는 그럴 필요가 없었는데도 나와 함께 사무실에 머물러줬다.

I think my manager is very responsible. When we had ooo, and I had to work very late to finish the works. Manager and k.ooo stayed with me, even though they don’t have to stay with me.

실수가 발생하면 누구이든지간에 나무란다. 다른 부서의 스태프보다 더 심하게 나무란다. 나는 그것이 매니저의 책임감에서 비롯된다고 생각한다. 꾸지람 뒤에 매니저는 어느부분을 고쳐야하고 어떻게 고쳐야 하는지 지적해 준다.

If there is mistake, Manager scold (without using bad word) the person no matter who they are.

But I feel that people from my floor will be scold harder than other staffs. I think it because we are manager responsible. After that manager points out which part need to be fixed, and how to fixed.

우리 매니저는 평정심을 갖고 일하게 해준다. 이런 것들이 업무를 쉽게 성취하도록 해준다.

Manager makes me work with peace of mind, no stress. It's makes the job easily accomplished.
