한국에서 서평 및 출간 축하는 물론 설날을 맞은 태국 한국인들께 안부와 파이팅 메시지를 보내주신 방콕 특파원 분들께 특별한 감사를 드립니다.

올해는 한-태수교 65주년입니다.

코로나 이전인 2019년 190만 명에 이르는 한국인들이 태국을 방문했고, 10년 간 한국인 4명 중 한 명꼴로 태국에 왔습니다. 태국의 다양한 모습이 더 잘 알려지고, 양국의 이해가 더 깊어지는 계기가 되길 희망해 봅니다. 감사합니다.

I would like to express my special gratitude to all Bangkok correspondents for congratulating the book review and publication in Korea, as well as sending greetings and fighting messages to Koreans on Lunar New Year Day (Seol-Ral).

This year marks the 65th anniversary of Korea-Thailand diplomatic relations.

In 2019, before COVID-19, up to 1.9 million Koreans visited Thailand, and one in four Koreans came to Thailand for 10 years.

I hope that various aspects of Thailand will be better known and that it will serve as an opportunity for the two countries to deepen their understanding.
